Clough State Park Title

Located about five miles east of the town of Weare, Clough State Park is located on the shore of Everett Lake, a 150-acre lake formed by a dam on the Piscataquog River. Favorite activities in the park include:

  • swimming - 900-foot sandy beach 
  • picnicking - picnic tables are located within a large picnic grove
  • playing fields
  • fishing - Everett Lake is a favorite among anglers
  • boating - a boat launch is available for small boats or canoes (motorized boats are not permitted)

Please note:  The bathhouses are closed due to flood damage but port-o-potties are available.

The park is open full-time, 9:00am - 7:30pm, from June 21 through September 1, 2008, weather permitting. Please be advised that there are no lifeguards on duty for the season.

Admission is $4 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under and NH residents age 65 and over are admitted free.
